I’ve worked in the world of new construction residential home sales and design here in the Jacksonville area for over a decade. I’ve had the pleasure of assisting hundreds of individuals and families with designing and personalizing their dream home.
There’s something truly magical about watching a home come to life—from the first lines of a 2D floor plan, to mentally walking through the space before it even exists, customizing the blueprints to better reflect how a homeowner wants to live, and to visualize the interior fits and finishes that will bring the space to life.
I’ve always loved being able to look at a set of plans and conceive beyond what’s on the page—seeing where a structural change, reconfigured space, or thoughtful detail could make the finished home more functional, more personal and ultimately better suited to the people who will live or work there.
There’s also an incredible sense of achievement that comes from being part of that journey from concept to closing. Working closely with the construction team and trusted trade partners throughout the build, watching plans become tangible spaces and seeing so many people and moving pieces come together toward one common goal—a beautifully crafted, high-quality home that reflects the client and will be enjoyed for years to come. Though certainly not without its challenges, this is one of the most rewarding parts of the process for me.
I am fortunate to possess strong spatial visualization skills, which means that I can look at a blank space or a single piece of decor and instantly project exactly how it will scale, fit and flow within an existing layout.
I love layering texture, soft forms, and natural materials against a neutral canvas, punctuated by thoughtful moments of color. Blending old with new, I’m especially drawn to incorporating heirlooms, treasured photographs, and pieces with a past—creating spaces that honor a family’s history and heritage while reflecting how they live today.
Design tells a story without words and I’m so here for it - always with an open mind.

In addition to being a family name, my first name is of Slavic origin. My mother was born in the beautiful Eastern European country of Slovakia, having moved to the US after graduating from high school. She spent 23 years of her life working at Ocean Palms Elementary School here in Ponte Vedra, a job that truly fulfilled her, only second to spending time with her grandsons.
I moved to Ponte Vedra Beach from Pennsylvania shortly after my 5th birthday…and was actually able to play in snow here in Florida that very first winter!
My core group of girlfriends/partners-in-crime have stuck together for over 2 decades. Living in the same city where I spent the majority of my childhood means that it’s not unusual for me to run into someone at Publix that was in my kindergarten class.
I met my husband, Justin, at “The Ritz Bar” in Jacksonville Beach - their slogan is “It’s a Great Place to Meet!” Funny how that worked out - we have been together for almost 20 years now. We thrive when traveling, having explored 15 countries and numerous states together. Besides being an amazing father, Justin is an Ultrarunner, fellow entrepreneur & career long small business owner.
The two best things we will ever do in this life are our sons Jack (8) & Max (5). They bring us more joy than we could express in words and are our world-traveling best buddies!
Our family enjoys hiking, running, combing the beach, utilizing all of the wonderful amenities here in Nocatee, road trips, art projects, visiting National Parks, supporting small businesses, immersing ourselves in different cultures, spending time with family and friends, going to zoos and aquariums (however viewing wildlife in nature is preferred!), trying new foods, having “popcorn & movie” nights…all-in-all we soak up as much quality time together as we can. As the saying goes, “Life is Short” and as such, we are on a core memory making mission.
