Based on that information, we will come up with an easy-to-follow vision board that you can reference as your time and budget allow.

As someone who has been using vacation rental platforms for the past two decades to book our home away from home, I’ve developed a tried and true list of vacation rental must-haves.
My design will personalize to the location and traveler demographics. The ultimate goal will be to design a welcoming space with thoughtfully appointed fits and finishes able to withstand the wear and tear, year after year, guest after guest.

Occupied Staging: Using Homeowner’s Current Interior Pieces: Starting at $450 for 3 hour block.
Option to budget for purchase of new decor pieces to be used until home sells; price to be discussed.
I will work with the seller's existing furniture and decor (and/or purchase new items to refresh space) to create an appealing, neutral environment for potential buyers. Declutter, depersonalize, arrange furniture for flow & space, optimize lighting & add finishing touches. If needed, arrange for interior cleaning & enhanced curb appeal at exterior.
